Glenn B. Miller is the Principal and Founder of MBG Finance. His career path has been diverse and entrepreneurial, from banking executive to corporate finance restructurer and asset-based lender to patron of the arts.

Gregory Bellas

Advisory services manager

Greg Bellas is the founder of GB Holdings Inc. His career spans over 3 decades in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry working in close partnership with both suppliers and retailers. He has headed the largest regional and national Sales and Marketing Agencies in Canada (SMA’s), served as a Senior Executive and shareholder with the largest North American SMA and founded the first national Food Service SMA.

Greg will provide strategic consulting and advisory services to MBG clients within the CPG Industry.

Kiara Miller

Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Marketing graduate from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business who is passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainability and health & wellness. Kiara is in charge of managing MBG’s back-office and marketing initiatives.

Since 2012, Glenn has been the Senior Board Advisor for CTC Group Sports and Entertainment, the leading company in China specializing in the conception and construction of ice rinks and winter sports events. Glenn is also the strategic M & A advisor for the spa chain, Amérispa. In March of 2015, Glenn recently joined Anges Québec as a member of this well-known venture capital group. Mr. Miller is also in his fourth year as a Mentor and Guest Lecturer at McGill University’s MBA Program and is asked to guest speak in public on “ The economics of arts “ and “ How to differentiate yourself in business “.

For 2 years, Glenn was a member of the executive committee at Campagna Motors (T-Rex), one of Canada’s most innovative recreational vehicle manufacturers. Up until December of 2013, he served six years as director on the Board of the Montreal TMA chapter, (Turnaround Management Association). Other board and advisory board appointments were as follow: Jones Lang La Salle’s Canadian Advisory Committee, Director of Sotheby’s International (Quebec) Real Estate division, Emergia Aerospace and Emergia Capital, Canadian Industrial Auctioneers, Poste-A-Tout lnc, Expert Medic, Global Medic, Miazzi Ventures Inc., Domaine Lac St-Victor, Sous-Traitance lndustrielle Quebec (S.T.I.Q.), HMR (Foundation de l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont) and the Fondation des Arches Jean Vanier.

Patron of the Arts

For the last eight years Glenn, who is a patron of the arts and philanthropist, has partnered with his wife, Lisabel, to build and promote her career as an international artist and own their gallery/studio in Montreal. Glenn and his wife are also the proud parents of three children.
