With a vast network throughout North America and internationally, Glenn is renowned for his creativity in restructuring organizations, optimizing performance, and successfully implementing strong governance principles.

With a background spanning banking, corporate finance, restructuring, and asset-based lending, Glenn has established
himself as a strategic leader with a talent for transforming organizations. Beyond finance, Glenn is also a patron of the arts,
balancing his business ventures with a passion for culture and creativity.
With extensive connections across North America and internationally, Glenn is known for his innovative approaches to
restructuring, optimizing business performance, and implementing strong governance principles. His career reflects a broad
spectrum of experiences, from senior roles in large organizations to owning and investing in more than 15 companies.
A Track Record of Entrepreneurship
Early in his career, Glenn served for eight years as Vice President of a leading Canadian bank, where he honed his
expertise in corporate finance. In 2002, he founded Emergia Capital, focusing on asset-based lending and distressed debt
management. By 2009, the firm evolved into MBG Finance, which today offers bridge loans (asset-based lending),
investment banking, corporate governance and advisory services.
